Something wrong or does your item not fit you properly?
You have 14 days to decide whether you wish to keep your item(s).
Please keep in mind that distribution is one the biggest pollution factors for our beloved earth. So please be aware and try to keep returns at a minimum.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
RETURNING YOUR ONLINE ORDER / EXCHANGES:
If you need to exchange your order for a different size, color or item, we’re happy to help. The easiest and fastest way is to return your unwanted item(s) and then place a new order for the desired item(s).
We want to make your return as easy as possible. Simply follow these steps and you will be on your way to a successful return.
FOR THE RETURN PROCESS YOU WILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
– Contact us sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Send the completed returnform back.
– Make sure to include that all the stuff will be returned
– Send the item(s) back in the cartons we send you.
– You can send the items to All Kinds, Arnodreef 94, 3561 GP Utrecht, Netherlands
All Kinds will not pay for any costs regarding the package/sending.
If you have received a defective item, let us know and we’ll search for an solution. If we can’t come up with a correct solution, you naturally have the right to return the article and will be refunded accordingly.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
